Women's Sexual Healing Session

First prepare the space: choose a quiet, private place where you will be undisturbed for at least an hour. Turn off the telephone. Light a candle and some incense. Put on celestial or rhythmic trance music. Be sure the room is comfortably warm. Consider a bath or hot tub for starters to help you relax. Adjust your massage table or bed so that you can both be comfortable.

1. Begin with Tantra Polarity. The Lover stands or sits on the right side of the Goddess. Rub your hands together to charge them up. Place your left hand on the Goddess's Heart (Fourth Chakra) and the right hand on the perineum (First Chakra). Maintain this position for at least five minutes, then move the right hand up to the pubic area (Second Chakra) covering the yoni for another five minutes. Use your intuition or follow the Goddess's requests to include other chakras if you wish.

2. Female Deer Exercise. The Lover places his/her hand (use the heel of the palm or make a fist) against the vulva and clit and applies firm pressure. The Goddess charges her hands and makes 36 to 360 Breast Circles while tightening and holding the pc muscles and anal sphincters. If necessary release the love muscles, relax them totally, and tighten again. (The Female Deer Exercise can be done by the women alone by sitting with the heel of your foot or a round object such as a tennis ball pressed against the yoni.)

3. The Lover then begins holding points around the yoni, the pubic bone, and the inner thighs. Imagine that the yoni is a clock with the clit at 12:00 and the perineum at 6:00. Begin by holding the point just above the clit (12:00) and 6:00. Hold for three full breaths (longer if you feel an energy block or the Goddess requests more.) Check in with the Goddess frequently regarding pressure and positioning. Then move to 9:00 and 3:00, 1:00 and 11:00, 2:00 and 10:00, 4:00 and 8:00, 5:00 and 7:00. Explore the area where the muscles of the inner thigh attach to the pelvic basin. Explore the perineum and around the anus. Follow your intuition and/or the Goddess's instructions. Hold each point for three breaths, or until you feel a release. Instruct the Goddess to breathe into any painful areas, using the natural breath.

4. Begin stroking and massaging the outer and inner lips of the yoni and the clitoris. Use oil or lube if needed. Continue to check in with the Goddess. Remind her to let you know if she's approaching orgasm so you can stop stimulation while she squeezes the love muscles and takes a deep breath, holding as long as comfortable before exhaling and relaxing the love muscles entirely (The Holdback or Pleasure Extender). After three holdbacks, she can orgasm if she wishes.

5. If the Goddess becomes highly arroused or has an orgasm and is ready for you to enter her yoni, you can continue on to the G Spot. Always ask permission to enter her yoni. Enter very slowly and feel for the G Spot on the upper wall of the yoni, under the pubic bone. Your left hand can be massaging the clit or pressing on the G Spot from above the pubic bone or can move up to the heart chakra or breasts. Ask for feedback from the Goddess often regarding pressure and positioning. If you experiment with push outs you may trigger an ejaculation.

6. To conclude, return to the First and Fourth Chakra Tantra Polarity Holds. Remember to breath. Enjoy! You can also combine this session with the Circular Breathing session.
